What makes an oversized chip
At 50mm (2 inches), oversized chips are 35% larger and nearly twice as thick as a standard composite poker chip — and at 22.5g each, about twice the weight, they've got a satisfying heft. They make excellent dealer buttons and card protectors, and the extra canvas is the pick for coasters, awards, ball markers and promotional pieces; the size makes them impossible to miss.
Every chip is printed direct-to-chip in Centennial, Colorado and sealed with a UV coating, so the artwork is part of the chip rather than a sticker on top of it.
