We want you to love your chips. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return them for a replacement, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Rush & Super Rush shipping fees

If a Super Rush order arrives after its estimated delivery date, we refund the shipping charges. Allow up to 8 business days for the reversal to post to your card.

Custom printed chips are made to order, so we can't take them back over a change of mind on artwork you approved. Everything else is on us. Not sure yet? Order the $1 sample pack and hold the chips first.

How to make a claim

  1. Tell us within 30 days of receiptStart a return with your order number and a photo or two of the chips — most issues are fixed from the photo alone, nothing to ship back. A real person replies within 24 hours.
  2. Pick a replacement, credit, or refundWe’ll reprint the order, credit your account, or refund your card — whichever you prefer.
  3. Late Super Rush? Shipping’s on usIf a Super Rush order lands after its estimated delivery date, reply to your order email and we refund the shipping charges. Allow up to 8 business days for the reversal to post.
