What makes a hybrid chip

Hybrid chips are the best of both worlds: composite durability with real metal accents. Brushed metal edge spots give the 40mm chip a premium casino look, and the 4 Spot edge keeps denominations readable across the table while your artwork owns the inlay.

Every chip is printed direct-to-chip in Centennial, Colorado and sealed with a UV coating, so the artwork is part of the chip rather than a sticker on top of it.

Yep, they're brass. The entire metal core is brass and this part of the core molded around so they are visible.
