Had about 15/75 show up with the design chipped up and flaking off. But over all the rest were beautiful.

We ordered some custom chips for a graduation gift. The process was much easier than other sites (super easy to navigate, customize all the parts of the chip, etc) and the quality is great! Only thing to be aware of - the estimated date the website gave made me think the chips would get here in plenty of time but if you actually need your order by a specific date you should choose the rush ordering. The team worked a miracle and got the chips to me in time but I could have saved myself some worry by selecting the rush order. Overall, great product and service!

These poker chips are real. Feel good. Look good. Sound good. I got a number of different colors and designs as hand me out to people for my books and author business, and I’ll be ordering more colors and different designs again in the future!

These chips were ordered, shipped, and received without any issues. The graphics were spot on. I was impressed with the quality of the chips and the customer service.

Run a yearly golf tournament, and for the past 4 years I keep going back to Chiplab for my custom order. They are great. I ordered these chips for my brothers bachelor party in Las Vegas. The design was easy to make on their site and came on the day of our trip. The quality is great and I really wish I ordered more! Everyone loved the gift and I will be ordering another custom set in the future!

Designing and approving prod was easy. Only slightly negative was order was delayed due to material issues and it would have been nice to get an email explaining instead of me having to reach out to make sure we were still good (especially when this was our first order). Really happy with the product and we will most likely be back
