Just what I wanted. Very good customer service

They are great.

I had a misaligned logo which lead to a misprint on my order; when I brought it to chiplab's attention I had an immediate reorder issued. with only one week before my event, the chips were here within 2 days, no charge, no questions. and fixed what turned out to be MY misalignment of my logo on the do-it-yourself setup! nice work.

21 days to get chips and when I got them the top of the box broke free and chips were all over the inside of the shipping box. You sent 50 chips in a box made for 100 and they broke free and scattered. I would highly recommend putting chips in the proper box or a sealed tube. So now the chips are rubbing on everything and not making the journey to my house very well. I think there is much room for improvement.

Was a wait but final result was great! Great looking chips. Happy with purchase. When you order it's silent for a few weeks, when they finally show up though....great job!

日本から3 Tone Gemのチップを購入。 【良かった点】 ・鮮やかな色彩、固い質感、ポールソンに似たシャープなエッジがいずれも素晴らしい。この価格帯で買えるチップとしてはオンリーワンの存在だと思う。 ・自分でチップのインレイデザインができるので非常に楽しい。 ・日本から注文し、ちょうど２週間で商品到着。 【悪かった点】 ・何枚かのチップにゆがみがある。他社のチップと比べてスタックが非常に滑りやすい。 ・メタルインサートがやや重く感じる。１枚13.5gだが、欲を言えば11.0g程度まで軽くしてほしい。 ・入管を通過した影響か、段ボール箱の中でチップが散らかった状態で届いた。何枚かのチップに欠けがあった。ちょうど100枚単位になるように注文すれば防げるかもしれない。 総じて、かなり満足している。今後もぜひ利用したい。
