Great company and customer service. Had a problem with shipping and they did everything and then some to make my order and situation correct. Chips are of high quality and you shouldn't worry or hesitate to order.

Exactly what I wanted.

Even after I proofed the chips they noticed something that they thought might be wrong and called me to make sure it was right. They were correct and they saved me from having reorder another set.

Great pre-order customer support - had an issue with re-ording via website and Chiplab sorted me out in no time - delivery to Australia very quick. Straight out of the box the 3-tone clay chips appear a bit more dull than on the website but they obtain their luster after some use.

I am very pleased with Chiplab. The chips are high-quality and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Great cheques great feel! Use these on my home practice dice game with friends and other than being a bit heavier than what one would find in the casino these are legit! The quality is great and if you have to deal with the staff they are friendly and helpful.

They are really great! I was looking for that Casino quality a long time. Very nice touch and sound. The customer service was fast, friendly and professional. A few minor things: the chips were a little dusty, I had to clean them with a wet cloth. Very small text black on white was still readable, but the same text white on black got a little bit lost. Lastly I would wish for more color and spot variations. Overall very happy with my chips, thank you! :)

The clay chips are great! Hefty weight, stack well. The process to get them made and shipped was smooth. Highly recommend!
