The red color of the sticker is off from the red color of the chip. I would have hoped that the quality assurance check would have corrected this discrepancy.

I could have not read the fine print, but while the chips are clay and substantial, the "imprint" is simply a sticker. The text printed could be more clear (its a bit fuzzy) and its a bit small. A bit misleading, given the set-up process online.

The craps nation sticker was too dark

Top and bottom wording from one side of chip was not on finished product.

I hope there will be a larger variety of personalizing in the future.

I can understand that the quality of such a detailed image was not totally clear. I do like them though.

The chips themselves are outstanding. In my design, I didn’t know that the email address would not be legible to a normal eye. It is very tiny print. Is there a way that when a customer submits an order, and your graphic person sees it, they could call the customer and let them know how small the print would be and help them with a re-design. I feel like I’m not going to be able to use these clay chips now.

Impressed with the quality and turnaround but the smaller text isn’t legible and I know that’s technically my fault but I couldn’t have known that it would print that way and whoever printed them should know from experience and should have checked with me. Thanks

The chips are great. The rating is less than 5 stars due to timeliness of the processing. A week after the scheduled shipping date, I had heard nothing from the company. When I texted to inquire about the status, I was told that they were behind schedule. Their first solution was to offer to cancel my order. After I declined this, I was given a new shipping date. When this date came, the chips were again not ready. At least this time, they called me to inform of the delay and request another day to complete the order. Once the chips finally arrived, I was happy with the quality. Bottom line: If you place an order, do it WELL in advance of your needed delivery date.
