Images are not as "crisp" / sharp as I would like.

The chips look amazing. I do wish the digital clarity was as good as the images online. The one with small words on it is not as legible as I would want and some of the images look blurred a bit. Over all I’m very happy with them.

I was very happy with the chips I got but was a little disapointed in the chip color, we ordered Pink and it was a real dull drab pink color, other than that the logo they did on the chip for us was spot on.

Chips are great, only regret is I made money amounts to small to read without glasses.

love the chips but they are a little overpriced. I still would recommend you.

I like the ceramic better - I will choose those next time. But all in all, the clay chips and design are still pretty neat.

The chips are great but i recommand you to use "the get free sample" option before ordering your chips. I had to reprint them because my text and logo were too small. The support is great as well, us it when you want to creat your chips.

The chip itself is nice. I was not expecting the inlay photo to look painted on. All in all, looks nice.

Overall good quality. But my wife's face is just a skin colored smudge. Yes it's a tiny portion of the picture, but my home printer is capable of printing the detail at that size so theirs should have been able to as well.

Good is more because of us. We did not pick the colors well and it came out boring…we are learning. Thank you.

Little disappointed on an obvious error that was made on my part on my submission that wasn't identified and reached out to before production. Other than that they are perfect and have had many compliments on them. dana

Chip count was off

Great Job!!! Very pleased with them. The weight and quality is amazing. I would recommend chip lab for your custom poker chip needs!!!

Really nice quality. Only negative is that the design software allows the lettering to run into the dots so looks a little sloppy

Great service and help through design process. Great quality clay chips. Was a bit disappointed to learn that custom design is some sort of sealed label stuck on chip and not printed directly on chip

Chips are great, Color was a little off but all good. Love them.

dont like the playing cards that come with the set.

Pictures on chips were lower resolution than the preview.

I love the Chiplab chips, and their customer service team is amazing and responsive. I would absolutely recommend ordering them, and it is by far the best option I have found for custom chips. Why only four stars? The "Clay Poker Chips" product name is misleading; they are a composite plastic with a weighted metel insert. The chips look and play great, but the product description doesn't make it clear that these are not 100% clay. To be fair: real, 100% clay chips are far more expensive than these, and I am extremely happy with the Chiplab set.

I can’t give a perfect score since the order was incorrect, but customer service did fix the mistake in a timely and courteous nature. Overall good experience.
