Great company and customer service. Had a problem with shipping and they did everything and then some to make my order and situation correct. Chips are of high quality and you shouldn't worry or hesitate to order.

The chip itself is nice. I was not expecting the inlay photo to look painted on. All in all, looks nice.

Exactly what I wanted.

Even after I proofed the chips they noticed something that they thought might be wrong and called me to make sure it was right. They were correct and they saved me from having reorder another set.

Great pre-order customer support - had an issue with re-ording via website and Chiplab sorted me out in no time - delivery to Australia very quick. Straight out of the box the 3-tone clay chips appear a bit more dull than on the website but they obtain their luster after some use.

I am very pleased with Chiplab. The chips are high-quality and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Chips looked good. Shipping was terrible. Cardboard box in a fedex plastic shipping envelope. Box split open (no tape to keep the box closed) and dumped all the chips in the bag.

Repeat order. Processed and promptly delivered. Will continue to use chip lab. Thank you

Everyone loves them.

Don't like the new custom clay poker chip options. Seems like there are fewer color options (with edge design colors that I don't want), and a smaller printable area, than in previous years. Not sure I'll return next year.

Great cheques great feel! Use these on my home practice dice game with friends and other than being a bit heavier than what one would find in the casino these are legit! The quality is great and if you have to deal with the staff they are friendly and helpful.
