Customer reviews

Chiplab was great to work with! The design tool was super easy to use and they were able to turn my order around quickly. Best part - They actually answer their phone when you call. I called a few other companies and none of them actually answered the phone. Thank you ChipLab!!

Perfect as always. My 3rd order. Top notch.

Was a week later than estimated to ship.

the guys at chiplab. Took excellent care of the issue that came up. Product looks great. thanks

Everyone loves them.

Don't like the new custom clay poker chip options. Seems like there are fewer color options (with edge design colors that I don't want), and a smaller printable area, than in previous years. Not sure I'll return next year.

Love the customer service and quality!

Great cheques great feel! Use these on my home practice dice game with friends and other than being a bit heavier than what one would find in the casino these are legit! The quality is great and if you have to deal with the staff they are friendly and helpful.

I am extremely happy with my custom chips. They came out great!!!!

Staff is very responsive and made it easy to get the final product done to perfection!!!

They are really great! I was looking for that Casino quality a long time. Very nice touch and sound. The customer service was fast, friendly and professional. A few minor things: the chips were a little dusty, I had to clean them with a wet cloth. Very small text black on white was still readable, but the same text white on black got a little bit lost. Lastly I would wish for more color and spot variations. Overall very happy with my chips, thank you! :)

Website is easy to use and lots of chooses. production and shipping was fast. Customer service very prompt to answer questions and help with order. Very pleased with service and will order again.

The artwork was terrible on this order. My first order looked great, this order was not nearly the same quality.

The clay chips are great! Hefty weight, stack well. The process to get them made and shipped was smooth. Highly recommend!

Better than advertised.

Great job

Great Product

Overall good quality. But my wife's face is just a skin colored smudge. Yes it's a tiny portion of the picture, but my home printer is capable of printing the detail at that size so theirs should have been able to as well.

Good is more because of us. We did not pick the colors well and it came out boring…we are learning. Thank you.

My 3rd order from Chiplab. I had an issue with part of my order, I reached out to Chase and he handled it like a pro. I’m extremely pleased with my chips and with the way this company conducts itself. Thank you.
