Great service! The products were of high quality. Out of the 600 or so pieces I purchased, 1 was defective so they quickly sent me the replacement. I would recommend and purchase again.

I love the Chiplab chips, and their customer service team is amazing and responsive. I would absolutely recommend ordering them, and it is by far the best option I have found for custom chips. Why only four stars? The "Clay Poker Chips" product name is misleading; they are a composite plastic with a weighted metel insert. The chips look and play great, but the product description doesn't make it clear that these are not 100% clay. To be fair: real, 100% clay chips are far more expensive than these, and I am extremely happy with the Chiplab set.

We loved being able to surprise our Best Friends with their Custom set of Poker Chips from ChipLab! The experience was great and the Customer Service very accomodating. The chips were beyond expectation and blew their minds! If I had only one recommendation it would be to maybe have 6 colors in the 1K chip set. It'd fill out some of those middle denominations that I think are missing to make it even more special. Thanks again for the Chips and we will surely be in touch again soon!
