Customer reviews

I'm very impressed with chiplab. I've played with my chips several times now and all of my friends and I love them. They have great customer service as well. I ordered a 500 piece clay set and it is perfect for my home game. William in Fort Worth, TX

My chips look AMAZING! Speedy shipping and a great product. Highly recommended!

First time using Chip Lab, love the chips, they came out great! The cases are the nicest ones I've received when order chips as well. Customer service was awesome! Thanks, I'll be ordering more from you in the future. KC

They look great! I love the feel of the chips, can't wait to be able to us them in our Charity Event (as soon as this COVID-19 blows over). The cases are very nice as well. I will definitely be adding to the amount of chip we need in the future and I will be re-ordering from you for sure! Thanks.

Have not received them yet

The chips came out great and my customer loves them!

Great chips, everyone loves them

Far exceeded my expectation even with the case they come in. Very nice chips with a great weight.

Great service! The products were of high quality. Out of the 600 or so pieces I purchased, 1 was defective so they quickly sent me the replacement. I would recommend and purchase again.

Great product and fast turnaround

My review

Excellent product, excellent price and excellent customer service. I was very happy and will order again.

A++++

Some of the best/fastest customer service I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

The chips look great, the shipping was not great.

Fantastic product and service thanks

I love the Chiplab chips, and their customer service team is amazing and responsive. I would absolutely recommend ordering them, and it is by far the best option I have found for custom chips. Why only four stars? The "Clay Poker Chips" product name is misleading; they are a composite plastic with a weighted metel insert. The chips look and play great, but the product description doesn't make it clear that these are not 100% clay. To be fair: real, 100% clay chips are far more expensive than these, and I am extremely happy with the Chiplab set.
