I LOVED every purchase from CHIPLAB besides the clay chips without the direct printing, however they were amazing and sent out new ones to me right away. Therefore I still give them 4 stars! I'll upgrade once I get my direct print clay chips. :) Thanks ChipLab. They are wonderful at keeping their customers happy!
Great design process, nice chips, well made. Order was a week late though and case arrived with a pretty good dent.
Great chips, good weight, and outer color patterns. Just wish that they sent me images of the first completed chips before shipping like the business rep said they could. Since this was a gift, I was a bit dissapointed when i recieved the final product without being able to make any final adjustments to the chips (because i just wanted to believe that the buiseness would do their part without customers needing to nag them about a mishap like this). but i cant really blame the rep for this mistake since they probably dont handle the projects personally. And although it’s still unfortunate that my personal projects final quality check was forgotten (with some personal regrets), the chips i recieved were still very high quality, and was shipped to my house without a single scratch. If you want good quality chips for a decent price, this is your place. But if your a bit more picky about the design like i was (since it was a gift) you should definitly call a chip lab rep to help you out (they are very helpful),but know that this will not assure anything about the final product (by my experience). I would normally rate my satisfaction for this product as a 3star (just for nice chips). But their rep Chase was definitely a big help during this process so +1 star to you my dude.

Quality chips and quick turnaround. I was aware of it just being a sticker but overall does the trick!
Super easy to design with the online tool. Giving 4 stars because I wish the printed area was larger but other than that, loved the way they turned out!
Hi, first of all the chips look incredible! I did have an issue with some residue on 8 of the chips. I was able to wash most of it off but there is still a little on them. Otherwise they look great! Joe Titus

Chips looked pretty professional but needed to be polished
One of the letters, N, was unreadable on all the chips. Which was especially unfortunate because it’s the first letter of my first name. That was disappointing but I needed to get them in the mail. Otherwise, a really cool thing.
Very nice work and fast shipping, I only wish I would of picked out something with a bolder and brighter color. I thought the yellow would be just that, but it's flat in color.
Like the feel of the heavy chips.
