Very happy with my clay custom chips. They truly weigh 13.5 grams (14g on my digital). The design tool was easy to use and the chips came out really well despite my inexact use of background colors and matting. I fully intend to order a complete set with confidence.
The ordering process was easy! The design process is easy also as long as you're using a computer (it's a little tough to design on a phone). The chips came as promised, and they look and feel amazing!
I’ve looked a long time to find a company that made quality custom chips, for a good price and no ridiculous minimum. I finally found chiplab.com and have not been disappointed. The design UI is easy and intuitive but still allows for countless variation and complex, colorful design. I ordered 1200+ chips with a standard turnaround and got them in about 2 weeks. The chips are casino grade quality and stack perfectly. The customer service via chat was excellent and answered all my queries and requests. I would have liked email notification of shipment with tracking but as stated earlier, chat support provided me with that info instantly. When I need more chips, this is where I will get them. I had an extraordinary experience start-to-finish with 3 custom sets of chips. Customer service on a complicated order was extraordinarily good, the chips are very high quality and exactly what we had hoped. Communication was impeccable. Great value, great product, great service -- don't hesitate.
Very nice work and fast shipping, I only wish I would of picked out something with a bolder and brighter color. I thought the yellow would be just that, but it's flat in color.
