Great Job

The chips are great. The rating is less than 5 stars due to timeliness of the processing. A week after the scheduled shipping date, I had heard nothing from the company. When I texted to inquire about the status, I was told that they were behind schedule. Their first solution was to offer to cancel my order. After I declined this, I was given a new shipping date. When this date came, the chips were again not ready. At least this time, they called me to inform of the delay and request another day to complete the order. Once the chips finally arrived, I was happy with the quality. Bottom line: If you place an order, do it WELL in advance of your needed delivery date.

I ordered chips for family poker night as a Christmas gift. They had the names and faces of family members on them. They turned out great and the turnaround time was very fast!!

Great quality. Very heavy chips. Feel like the real deal from casinos. My image design looks great. Customer service took great care of me when I called with questions and they made a big effort to get the chips to me in time for Christmas. I highly recommend.

I’ve no idea - vendor not responsive to phone calls or emails. Ready to reverse charges and submit consumer complaints if there’s no return contact asap.

I haven’t received them yet. Fed ex tracking shows them sitting at the same place for the past three or four days with a message that says label unreadable. So I may never get them. If they don’t show up I will he looking for a refund don’t bother with a reorder.
