Super satisfied with my purchase

I recently purchased 1500 poker chips and decided to try the optional coating option available. While the idea sounded appealing at first, in hindsight, I wish I had stuck with the traditional clay chips. The coating gives the chips a plastic appearance that lacks the authentic feel and classic vibe of traditional clay chips. For me, a big part of the poker experience is the tactile sensation and iconic look of clay chips clinking together on the table. Unfortunately, the coating detracts from that experience, compromising the overall aesthetics and feel. If you're considering purchasing poker chips, I strongly recommend opting for the classic clay without the additional coating. It maintains the authenticity and timeless quality that poker enthusiasts appreciate. Save the extra cost and go with the traditional look and feel. It's the way to go for anyone who values a genuine poker experience!

I wanted to surprise my buddy with a small gift as he is our host for our 1/2 cash games. Via this site I was very easily able to design a chip with his business logo and info that he can either use for games OR as a form of a business card. The order went smooth and had little wait time on the turn around. Highly Recommend!

Support when placing an order and deciding on final design was more than forthcoming, showed patience and understanding for requested changes. Support deserves 15 out of 10. Sadly the same can not be said about the end result. Clay chips, while carefully packed, came with a bit of a sloppy finish on the rim (as if the color didn't dry appropriately and got smudged over the rim of the chip) while some chips have parts (albeit small) where color didn't stick at all. Maybe the plastic ones will be better.

These chips look great, and the price was great as well!

Chips came quickly, nice quality. Some had design smeared or chipped. They were just loose in a box when shipped and I think that caused some of the damage.

I get these to hand out as souvenirs for a large game I host annually. All the guys love them!

This was my second order of chips. I absolutely love these chips. The quality of the clay chips is a casino quality chip. I love the unlimited options for designing the chips too. Shipping was fast (5 days). I really like how your design is saved so if you need to order more chips, they can be easily re-ordered. I’m very impressed with Chip Lab.

Chiplab does a great job at a reasonable price! I make ball markers every year and find their software very easy to use! The guys are excited to get a new poker chip marker each year.. and the quality is AWESOME!

I guess I shoulda waited a couple of weeks to order. These are great products & I love em. Have ordered a set - 6 colors, 6 denominations, plus a fun one for guys to use for dessert when they are here to play. I just ordered some more dimes, because my buddies are legendary cheapskates, and play a lot of dimes games. But today I get a note that there is a Black Friday sale and I coulda got another 25% off... off an $80-something order, that would have put $20 more bucks in my pocket, which would have been nice. I'm not gonna sweat it, it won't kill me, but it woulda been nice. BTW - I love these chips! Great feel, nice weight. (and now I have plenty of spares.)

I use these every year to signify somebody who makes our Varsity lacrosse team. I always wait for a coupon code to help on price, but the quality and speed of shipping has been phenomenal over the years. The chip designer can be a bit wonky at times but the design has always matched on the final product. I've been purchasing these for 6 years now and recently upped the quality from normal to clay chips and they have a much more quality feel and weight. On some of the chips, the graphics have faded/chipped away from impact to keys or something in my pocket over the years but on the clay chips they look as good as the day I bought them. Hands down the best place to buy custom chips I've found.

Chips turned out exactly as i designed them and turned out awesome. Design software was a little difficult to use at first but got easier as I went. Making changes after they were input wasn’t easy. Other than that great product and price was awesome!
