The actual colors did not match as well as the image on my phone. Not a deal breaker but definitely need to pay closer attention to the colors

Great quality and ease of purchase

i liked them a lot. picture was clear, the chips are smooth and are the right weight.

We use custom poker chips as our business cards for our vacation home management company. They're easy to hand out on the beach, on a boat, or at the bar. The service is excellent, the attention to detail is spot on, and the quality of the chips is top-notch.

Ordering the chips were very easy. The website designer had a few frustrating features that didn't work quite as intended. It took a little bit of tinkering to get it to do what I wanted. Things like image sizing, text placement, and layers didn't always work smoothly and I had to recreate what I've done multiple times. The product itself was delivered within the estimated time and packed well. Chips felt good but has an ashy haze to the color. It looks like the chips were just taken off the assembly line and packed right away. Edges are pretty sharp and the chip color has a raw look to them. I'm trying to figure out if I can polish them or something. I'm hoping the edges will wear down a little as the chips get used. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the chips and free shipping. Also, quoted prices already included tax so nothing was added on at the end (good in my opinion). If the chips came "shined" up or a little more rounded on the edges I would have given a full 5 stars. They may have come that way because of the type of chip I ordered as well. (Clay, 3-toned inlay).

My team at work has made multiple orders for different chips. The customer service, design help and end product we receive are always top notch. The price is good and the shipping is fast. We will continue to use Chip Lab!

Company is great and super fast!!! Quality is top notch. These were a give away for a convention and everyone loved them. Would totally order from ChipLab again!!!

They turned out good but the picture is a little bit blurry. The QR code still works great, they look good and only one of them had a blemish on it so overall, I’m happy. But the printing could’ve been clearer… that could be the online app file upload part or it could be their printing I don’t know. Also I have some friends that have ordered 25 quantities or small quantities and they didn’t put any packaging in the box so by the time they arrived, they were all chipped from bouncing around in the box. Luckily, I did not have that problem. Not a huge amount of filler but just enough they stayed in a stack during transport.

Would not recommend. I order a batch of 50 chips and they were all loose in the box. Over 20% of them had the ink chipped away from banging into each other during shipping. Customer support was really good and they sent out replacements, but I ran into the same issue with that batch. That time over 50% were damaged. Going with another vendor for my next batch. Too bad because the chips are beautiful. But with the ink being able to be so easily damaged, don't expect much use from them. @Emmon - there’s some kind of adhesion/bonding issue going on here and we’re sending you new chips on Monday that are fixed. We’re really sorry about this.

Chiplab is highly recommended. The design features were pretty simple to implement and you are only limited by your imagination. Will be using them again.

Chips are sturdy and have a good weight and feel. The custom image is affixed nicely and appears to be great quality. 10/10 would buy again.
