Customer reviews

Good quality, fairly cheap and quick turn around time.

The product is awesome and I can’t stop playing with these chips. They also arrived earlier than expected.

The chips are just what we wanted and the service was great.

Was very pleased with the quality of the chips I ordered. There was a problem with one of the chip types I ordered and they worked with me to ensure satisfaction! Will use again!

This is the second year I have used Chiplab for making a set of golf ball markers. We have an annual golf tournament for work and use these as a piece of memorabilia for each year. The chips are perfect and they have great customer service!! Thank you

Once again very happy with the end result, and will be ordering more

I had Chiplab produce these very special chips that I use as a calling cards . Everyone I give them to loves them ! I have told a lot of customers that if I give them a regular calling card they will just throw it in the console of there truck and forget it . When I give them one of the poker chips they keep it close to show other people . I have even had one customer show me one of the chips eight months later , he still carried it in his pocket ! Thanks " Chiplab " !

We had a problem. They replaced the chips immediately with no questions asked. We appreciated the response.

Thank you Chip Lab for making these so quick and priced so well.

We ordered some custom chips for a graduation gift. The process was much easier than other sites (super easy to navigate, customize all the parts of the chip, etc) and the quality is great! Only thing to be aware of - the estimated date the website gave made me think the chips would get here in plenty of time but if you actually need your order by a specific date you should choose the rush ordering. The team worked a miracle and got the chips to me in time but I could have saved myself some worry by selecting the rush order. Overall, great product and service!

These poker chips are real. Feel good. Look good. Sound good. I got a number of different colors and designs as hand me out to people for my books and author business, and I’ll be ordering more colors and different designs again in the future!

These chips were ordered, shipped, and received without any issues. The graphics were spot on. I was impressed with the quality of the chips and the customer service.

Run a yearly golf tournament, and for the past 4 years I keep going back to Chiplab for my custom order. They are great. My customer experience has been wonderful and the product comes on time and as promised. I have never had an issue and the chips look fantastic every single year. I fully endorse the company and how they do business. I’ll be back again in 2025!

This product is excellent. Lots of detail, clean finish. The website is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. Prompt and responsive.

I've purchased chips from ChipLab each year for the last 8 years and they continue to never disappoint! The customer service and assistance they provide with the design is exceptional. I'm grateful for the help they provider and highly recommend them.

I ordered these chips for my brothers bachelor party in Las Vegas. The design was easy to make on their site and came on the day of our trip. The quality is great and I really wish I ordered more! Everyone loved the gift and I will be ordering another custom set in the future!
