What makes a composite chip
Composite chips are injection-molded from premium resins around a metal slug, then trimmed to final size in a dedicated machine, so every chip is dimensionally identical and stacks flat. The print area is the largest we offer, so detailed logos, photos and small type hold up well; it's why they're our go-to for promotional runs and events.
Every chip is printed direct-to-chip in Centennial, Colorado and sealed with a UV coating, so the artwork is part of the chip rather than a sticker on top of it. If you're buying chips to actually play with, our Macau clay chips are usually the better feel; for everything else, start here.
