The quality of the chips is excellent and I received the product quickly. The website is glitchy though and this made doing a custom order somewhat difficult.

Fabulous product. I use them as "business cards" to hand out when I'm golfing. Clients love them as ball markers. My logo on one side and a QR code on the other to my website. Awesome printing, great color selections, nice turn around time and shipping.

I had numerous issues with the website not uploading designs and completing the order. Orders would get stuck loading for days. Worked with customer service, updated browser with no change. Design and order finally uploaded on the 4th attempt. Customer Service said they would push my order through due to website issues. But order ended up taking over 2 weeks to arrive. The quality of the chips were very good as in my previous orders.
