Customer reviews

Exactly as designed. Very pleased.

The chips are perfect! The system was very intuitive and easy to use. Great price. Very satisfied and I highly recommend this product and service.

Great quality and the design was exactly what I uploaded. I love it!

Shipping was delayed by almost one week without any notice, response or explanation, no return to voicemail, no response via written. I was left in the dark, and unable to adjust or adapt.

This is my fifth year ordering custom poker chips and I've always been very happy with the quality of the products and services from ChipLab. This year I did notice a change in the on-line design process. I would have preferred keeping the option to change the solid ring color. It looks like solid rings are no longer an option unless the customer copies a saved design from a previous year.

I love my chips!! Our logo is clear and bright, and designing it was easy! Two thumbs up!

These custom poker chips turned out AMAZING! The quality is exceptional, and our motorcycle group couldn't be happier with the finished product. We're proud to hand them out to fellow bikers, and they've been a huge hit! The pricing was excellent, shipping was fast, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be ordering again in the future. Highly recommend!

They look great

I thought they would be a little bigger. Otherwise a good product.

I’ve placed three different chip orders and they always come out phenomenal.

I enjoyed creating my own chip however when the order arrived the text appeared to be gold rather than white, which was difficult to read on the dark background so I reordered. I had correspondence with a Chiplab rep for second order and it seems to be worked out, although those chips have not arrived yet.

I’ve ordered from Chip Lab several times & have always been pleased with the quality of their products. Thanks!

Excellent quality for the price.

Looks great, very responsive team when I had questions about the designs

I loved it! So easy to have a personal poker chip developed for our golf event. The quality and price exceptional. I also appreciate being able to order a small quantity. Thanks!

As always the quality was amazing and it was just as I imagined and designed it. I will definitely refer anyone to Chip lab and will use them again in the future.
