They do a fantastic job with communicating with the customer.

The chips are of a high quality. They have a steel center which makes them magnetic, and gives them a better feel than just a plastic only chip. Chiplab is very fast at making your oder & shipping is fast as well. My modeling club uses them as peer recognition at hobby shows, and they're a huge hit. Ive even recommended them to other clubs. I'll definitely be reordering in the future.

When you send them our work and ask them to put something together for you or help you with your concept they could not be more happy to do so. These chips are great. Quality is best of any I have used in past. I had a problem with changing the center of the chip I was designing, I contacted customer service, Amy, from customer service, answered me immediately, and fixed my problem I was having. Chiplab is high quality with the customer in mind, from my experience here....
