This time they went above and beyond when I some ordered chips bit chose the wrong delivery address and found out after it was too late. The process to create the poker chip with my own personalized design was easy. Order process and price per chip was very reasonable, plus being my first time order, I was also able to use a discount code which helped. Delivery timeframe was decent however, my order was never shipped at the time of shipping notification. I had to reach out to Customer Service and they located the order and sent it on its way. I received my chips two days later. That is the only reason I chose four stars. Overall, I will most likely order again!

Amazing work on these chips for a fair price for the product! The custom design printed exactly as expected and the chips are high quality! The prints do not all line up 1:1 with each other with respect to rotational alignment on the chip. But it is not a major issue. Would definitely buy again.

So easy to create. And easy to edit/revise as I went along. The chips arrived looking exactly like the image on the screen. They are an excellent quality, too.
