Chips arrived in a timely manner, exactly how I expected them to look and feel. The only issue I experienced was with the design tool itself, which made it difficult for me to properly align my text and fit my design the way I wanted it to look. Because of my struggles with the designer the chips have a little bit of asymmetry with the text. I think in future orders I would simply get the proofs ahead of time to make sure that my designs are complete and exactly what I want. I'm still very pleased with the quick turnaround and accuracy of the final product TO the design studio's preview.

It took a little bit of work and corrections. The graphics editor is somewhat clunky. The fonts, when in place, appear deceptive. The fonts selected for the final print appear to be legible, but after printing and receipt, characters bleed together or are kerning. Chiplab support team member Amy was very understanding and helpful in correcting the problem. You can't go wrong with Chiplab! Thank you!

I'm pleasantly surprised by the value so far. I got the composite chips. The image resolution is extremely sharp on the finished chip. It also appears to be printed directly on the plastic, which makes me optimistic for long term durability.

This was our 2nd order with Chiplab. Their design team is great, can be simple or complex, we decided to put a QR code on the back of our chip to direct them to a video on our website. Good handout at social events or job fairs, they will take care of you. Shipping was quick with no issues. End product is sturdy and positively reflects what we do. Thank you!
