Customer reviews

Exactly what I wanted with a fair turn around time. Best part was being able to order 35 and not needing to over-purchase for my needs, as many places have a 100pc minimum order requirement.

On time and look great! Fun addition to our golf scramble!

Arrived on time and the chips were a awesome!

Excellent product with a quick turn around time

Chiplab misprinted my first run but fixed it and shipped it 2 day to arrive on time. The artwork and quality was amazing and the price was right. Id happily recommend them.

The chips look great and this company has great customer service!

well shipped, all chips arrived intact,

The quality is fantastic and I order hundreds at a clip. I have had a wonderful experience with chip lab.

Design interface needs some work. I deleted a graphic from my design, and this graphic did not display during design preview. Either the design had issues saving or the graphic was not visible at the time but the printed product displayed this “deleted” graphic. When I went back to look at the design on my phone, it didn’t show in the preview but when I opened the design to edit, it was there. Not sure what happened. However, the quality of the chip is great and the rest of the design looks great. UPDATE 7/17 - Brodie, I'm sorry to hear about this. We just reached out over email to make it right. We can reprint for free and express those replacements out at our expense. Not sure what happened with that graphic.

Top quality and delivery time

My spouse has been thinking about getting some custom poker chips for a while and I finally took the plunge for him for his birthday. He adores them! The color and style look great and the custom text looks wonderful. Big thanks on making his birthday fantastic!

Great job as always

I love the quality of the product. Unfortunately, I messed up the QR code I had printed on one side by getting it from a scam site. Chiplab gave me a 20% coupon and I ordered more.

I always learn something new when I ask for help! I always order new chips every year for this memorial golf tournament. Amy's help was awesome, and quick!

The chips were excellent quality and promptly delivered.

Every year I get ball markers for our guys golf trip. They are a hit every year! Thank you!

Some great looking chips. will be buying again soon, Did not know they had metal in them for magnets.

It was such an easy process and the chips are very legit. Everyone at my casino is impressed with these.

Hello, I have to say your company delivered beyond our expectations. Your people are very helpfull in walking us through the process. The chips are exceptional quality and would purchase here again.

Purchased these chips to throw in a Mardi Gras Parade I ride in. High quality product. Feel just like a Vegas chip. And to top it off, their customer support is EXCELLENT. I worked with Amy. She was wonderful.
