Customer reviews

I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it. Could be more happy with this purchase

Delivered on date promised

Order chips every year for a golf outing hand out. Always high quality, fast turn around. Never disappointed.

The service from start to finish was phenomenal! The final product was a hit for the event and we look forward to using ChipLab again in the future!

The chips ordered arrived fast! However, the art created on the site probably could have been audited through the company for alignment and color scheme before production. The back of the chip ended up to dark and the front was off center. I understand the user creates and then the company produces but for best results a secondary set of eyes could be a better practice for further orders.

The chips looked amazing and were a massive hit with my peers during the recent conference. Thanks for the speedy turn-around!

Very satisfied *

I’ve ordered from this company on multiple occasions and the product is always great. The graphics and quality are fantastic.

My chips came out great! They look just like the proof and I couldn't be happier! But...... shipping on the other hand was not so good.... They took much longer to arrive then I expected. I would consider this when ordering again.

The chips turned out great. Better than I expected. When I have to reorder, I will definitely use ChipLab!

Very satisfied with the poker chips, again ! Chiplab always does a great job and I will be buying more soon. Thank you !

Better than I thought they would be

Chip Lab has always been reliable and of excellent quality! Thank you for making sure we got our order in time!

Looks great

THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER AND DID THE DESIGN IS AWESOME.. IF I HAD A BUSINESS SHE WOULD BE MOVING TO GEORGIA

My 2nd order and CL did not disappoint! Quality chips at an affordable price for my event. Will definitely be back!

Love them! Great quality and attention to detail. Fast shipping!

Product was as designed and shipped on time.

We ordered chips for a marketing promotion and the delivery date was set for 4-5 days before we needed the product. Due to "production issues" the product was not received in time for our promotion. We were left scrambling to find a replacement last minute. If there are production issues, notifying the customer of delay should be priority.

We've always done challenge coins until someone recommended custom poker chips. People love the chips! The website makes it easy to design and order. Thank you ChipLab :)
