Customer reviews

I will definitely be using your company again. Customer service is good and very helpful.

We have made multiple orders and have always been pleased. The service is fast . These are a great way to get our name out there.

good

only thing was that there was a delay. I had to call after the last day of the expected delivery, leave a message, and wait for a reply (I sent an email too). I got a reply saying production was delayed. (1 week). product is very good.

2nd time ordering. Very fast delivery.

2nd time ordering. Very fast delivery.

I love the Chips. And so nice to have a 25 Chip minimum instead of a 100 minimum. Will be sending another order, for sure.

The chips are exactly what I ordered. Missed the fifth star due to length of production and delivery. Will order again from Chiplab.

Looking forward to more in the future.

We are very impressed with the quality of our poker chips. The graphics turned out great!!!

My players really enjoyed the customized poker chips I ordered. The design was very well done, not just a printed sticker, I was impressed. Recommended to my fellow golf coaches for their teams too!

Multiple colors multiple designs, same quality..... Amazing design help and customer support. Thank you

I have ordered from here before and every time the product is to notch quality. But this time my order took longer than expected and when I finally reached it I was told there was a delay in production. While this is understandable clear and initiate communication with effected customers goes a long way in relieving frustration for delays. Better communication to align with your top notch product would be highly suggested.

We ordered 3 to 4 times a year for giveaway chips for special events and we are always happy with quality price service and shipping. We plan on being customers for a long time.

From their professional customer service, superb technical support and rapid completion of my poker chip. Chiplab is a outstanding company and will have my return business.

Really came out good.

I received terrific customer service along the way and ended up with the product I wanted. Thank you!
