Such a great place, the chips came out better than I thought, the only downfall was that the yellow was brighter on the computer but when we got the yellow chip it was a very bland yellow more like a dirty white. The customer service was great though purchased them and a week later they had a coupon and they honored it and I got an even better deal. So overall a great company to work with.

It is great that you can personalize it with exactly what you want. Working online designing the chip is easy but it is somewhat enlarged - when my chips arrived you couldn't see all of the writing as it was so small. Good to know if I order again.

They were great. The stripes on the sides didnt line up with the design like i expected but no big deal. What i didnt like too much was the editing tool to make the designs.

Chips are great quality and reasonably priced. Shipping wasn't too bad either. Only criticism is that the online interactive app makes the font look bigger than the actual size that comes on the chip. Font on the chip was almost not legible.

Good communication with the agent but the process had some bumps. The initial chips had an issue with the quality of the image. I thought maybe someone would have visually checked them first before sending for quality control. After resolving that we adjusted the image and fixed that. But my chips were sent to another “jason” and this other Jason’s chips were sent to me. ChipLab did send out replacement chips so everything has been resolved. Thanks .

Chips in 2019 were great. In 2020, I had some problems with alignment while printing. You guys made it right at no additional cost to me. Thank you and I will use again next year.
