I'm disappointed that they showed up a month after, and when I contacted the company, they basically told me that they had forgotten to assign the order to someone to print.

The chip rocks came wrapped well, but they were warped in the middle. The chips don’t sit right in the racks and they don’t stack very well at all. I tried to get a hold of customer service to return them, but no one has responded to me.

Delivery was made a week after the anticipated date and I needed it for an event.

Chips are poorly made, blurry artwork, not what I anticipated. Can't even use them. Your website also severely under estimates the production time. We waited an entire month when we were told they ship in 5 days. Overall bad experience won't be using again.

Placed order 12 November. The party was on 5 December. These were supposed to be party favors. Not sure what they look like. The chips may be nice when they come in but not satisfied overall.

My order was supposed to be delivered by August 23rd for our outing that was on the 26th. The order didn't arrive until the afternoon of the 26th which was too late to give out at our golf outing. Very disappointed because the product is usually a really nice item for the golfers gift bags.
