Very nice two inch poker chip. I designed it to be used as a challenge coin. The printing is a little darker than expected based on the online design image, but otherwise they look great.

The process to create the poker chip with my own personalized design was easy. Order process and price per chip was very reasonable, plus being my first time order, I was also able to use a discount code which helped. Delivery timeframe was decent however, my order was never shipped at the time of shipping notification. I had to reach out to Customer Service and they located the order and sent it on its way. I received my chips two days later. That is the only reason I chose four stars. Overall, I will most likely order again!
try to figure out a way to speed up the process so we get our cool chips quicker.
This was my second order. Quality and shipping packaging are excellent. I knocked off one star because they tend to be very slow, but considering the quality of the final product, I stay with them, because I know it'll take awhile, but it will be good.

It was easy to make, they look great. My only beef is that they are not a bit more magnetic. I can see that for use as an actual poker chip you don’t want too much more “stick”, but when used for marketing or to hang things on a magnetic board they are essentially not magnetic.

Good quality chip. Next time I would use different color and sizing for the lettering on the chip. The sizing of the letters are definitely smaller on the actual chip compared to the demo shown on the computer.

Great color and feel
This chips have a really nice heft and texture to them, and the colors of the printing are vibrant and just the way the proof showed them. The only downside is that on some of the chips, a tiny bit of white is on the edge of the printing, which is pretty visible against the dark graphic and chip. All in I'm, I'm very happy and will order from Chiplab again when I've given all these away!
Great sample set
Only issue is the glue dots used pulled the only inlay circle off when detaching from the card. Samples show the quality and colors which is great.
1st order went to the wrong people, and I got their chips, but it got straightened out in the end. The custom chips printed nice and arrived as expected, 2nd time.
Order was just what I wanted and quality was as expected. It took about a week longer to get it that they estimate with no communication about delays or anything. Hence the four stars.
I do wish there was a protective coating so the finish does not rub off in your pocket.
