I was a little disappointed in how they look and feel. The printed look was not what I expected as I thought they would be etched or milled. If I had known how they turned out I would have ordered something different.

Simple Gold Ring Composite & Metal Hybrid Poker Chips
Been purchasing from chiplab for many many years. Great product and service. Was excited to see the new options for metal and metal hybrid chips. Very cool. Ordered the metal/composite hybrid. Very underwhelmed. The metal doesn’t look like metal. Supposed to have a premium feel but it looks weighs and feels like all of the other chips I’ve bought. Couldn’t tell a difference holding 2 chips side by side, not convinced there is any metal. Cool idea but I’ll be reverting back to regular composite for the price difference
Blurry printing
Chips are super high quality. The printing on one side was perfect. On the other side the colors bled a bit and looked a little blurry, which made them look less than spectacular.

Just what did I get.
The direct print samples were just like the others. Pre printed stickers for the centers. Pulled two of them off trying to remove the samples from the display cardboard. My note to customer service about it just met with opposition.
Chips turned out great when they finally arrived. Ordered on 7/28, was shown 8/11 delivery at checkout. On 8/12 when I checked on delivery was told they were just then ready for shipping and they didn't arrive until 8/19. So 10-11 business day turnaround and 5 business days to arrive.
I had numerous issues with the website not uploading designs and completing the order. Orders would get stuck loading for days. Worked with customer service, updated browser with no change. Design and order finally uploaded on the 4th attempt. Customer Service said they would push my order through due to website issues. But order ended up taking over 2 weeks to arrive. The quality of the chips were very good as in my previous orders.
The orange is a little mottled around the edges.
Probably my fault but picture of logo had a shadow on it. I thought your people would call or bring to my attention. Nice chip otherwise
Design interface needs some work. I deleted a graphic from my design, and this graphic did not display during design preview. Either the design had issues saving or the graphic was not visible at the time but the printed product displayed this “deleted” graphic. When I went back to look at the design on my phone, it didn’t show in the preview but when I opened the design to edit, it was there. Not sure what happened. However, the quality of the chip is great and the rest of the design looks great. UPDATE 7/17 - Brodie, I'm sorry to hear about this. We just reached out over email to make it right. We can reprint for free and express those replacements out at our expense. Not sure what happened with that graphic.
Image on product does not appear as clear or bright as it does on the computer screen.
The chips ordered arrived fast! However, the art created on the site probably could have been audited through the company for alignment and color scheme before production. The back of the chip ended up to dark and the front was off center. I understand the user creates and then the company produces but for best results a secondary set of eyes could be a better practice for further orders.
I have ordered from here before and every time the product is to notch quality. But this time my order took longer than expected and when I finally reached it I was told there was a delay in production. While this is understandable clear and initiate communication with effected customers goes a long way in relieving frustration for delays. Better communication to align with your top notch product would be highly suggested.
The item looks good and came out just as I wanted it. I had about a two week delay maybe a little longer. I'm not sure if I didn't reach out on multiple occasions they would have even told me. Great product just didn't like the delay time or perhaps would of liked an update from them without me having to reach out.
The chip is great but you can’t read the writing on it way too small
Chips came loose from the backing card during shipping.
The stickum used on the chips came loose during shipping and over half of them shifted to new positions on the card. One suggestion would be to print what they are directly on the chip sample. Much easier to know that way. Was able to determine which ones were which through some detective work and once that was done they were helpful in determining which way to go for our order.
The quality of the product is very good but the packaging needs to be tighter. The chips move around and get scratched. Maybe wrap them in plastic or put in a plastic tube.
