Chips are a good weight. The image, I used the vegas template, doesn’t look great. I know that chip lab says it doesn’t use stickers, but prints right onto the chip, it looks otherwise. The image is highly pixelated and you can see some cut areas on the edge that don’t reach the outside of the center. The hips are a good weight though, and have a nice feeling for play.
Chips, which my son got as “challenge coins” for a youth group he’s involved with. Liked the coins well enough.....some of the letters were slightly angled compared to the rest of the wording. But communication and shipping were a whole other matter. After a week had gone by without any confirmation email stating they had been sent, which when they placing the order stated we would receive order approx 7 days. I contacted customer service with the order reference number and received an automated reply that someone would be in touch with me soon. Several Days later I sent out another email and that one promptly answered with the tracking numbeR. I’m giving it 3 stars just cause for the price of what my son was looking for was great, but the customer service was very frustrating.
I’m giving a three due to getting the chips the first time blemished and two weeks later than I was supposed to receive them. If I had got the second set first and as fast then for sure a five star. replacement chips came in a few days and were perfect.
The delivery was late and the front and back are not aligned properly. The printing was good though and it was easy to design on the website.
They took longer than advertised or promised, and the printing wasn't as sharp as I had hoped.
I loved the products, only issue was a few of the chips came out mixed up. (I had logos associated with the colors and the color and quantity of two logos were mixed up) still ended up working with what I needed it for. Would order again if I have a need again.
Quality of chips and custom graphic top notch. I had ordered and received an invoice for 8 Spot style edge pattern, but I received 8 stripe style. If I use service in the future, I feel like I will need to call to to confirm purchase options in order to prevent this mistake again.
The only reason for the low review is because the one chip I had made the print peeled off the chip. Luckily I had some vinyl and was able to remake it real quick because it was for my groomsman gift There service was fantastic and the speed at which I got my chips was awesome. Very prompt.
I like my 51" Acrylic buttons a lot, I wish they were the 61" ceramics that I ordered. Chip Lab had to call me up and inform me that even though their website allowed me to order 4 buttons, the minimum order was 100. Seems like a bit of an absurd number for consumers.
Wish there had been more standard designs to choose from rather than customizing. The chips came out fine, but it was a process.
everything is good but the white text looks more grey and hard to read. my fault for not just buying one as a test.
I really like the chips themselves but I'm somewhat disappointed in the material of them - they don't feel like actual 'casino' chips, rather a plastic-like material. I'm also frustrated with the colors of my chip design. I did an opaque gradient in the middle of my chip and on my computer preview it looked fine but when I got my chips they were way darker than expected to where I can barely read my text, which would have been fine had I not ordered 500+ chips.
The chips are perfect and exactly how i wanted them. No complaints there, but the case that came with them is damaged. i called and left a message about the damaged product seeing if I could get a replacement, but no one responded. 5 stars for the chips, 1 star for the customer service. 3 stars total.
I did not receive my full order. In addition to my chips, I also ordered a $60 case that never arrived. Chips are great though.
I am sure I will like them. I just haven't received them yet. -Briggs
Product quality is good, the chips are of a weight and character of my other ceramic pieces. Final product felt rushed, though- the pieces don't have the image consistency I expected (from previous orders with another vendor). I am displeased with the placement (centering) of the artwork on the chips, they do not match the rest of my set. This might have been mitigated with a confirmation image of the final product before printing? Service was not great, either.. the shop misplaced/missed my order and discovered it weeks later, (apparently after a large order resolved), so my order took quite a while to deliver (from order placed).
Print quality not the best.
The chips are nice however the interior of the case is terrible. The plastic covering on top of the styrofoam chip divider was broken on delivery. Not worth the effort to replace with the same thing. I'll look for a wooden divider option elsewhere.
the only thing I had noticed is that the lines and the print d'ont match on all the chips!!!!
Customer service leading up to the purchase and working with Josh was great, he was very helpful in tweaking and finalizing the design. The shipping was prompt as well and delivered on-time. Unfortunately over 75% of the chips had one or many blemishes on them which looks like small scuffs or ink smudges, but would not wipe out. Since the majority of the chip was white, it really stood out and diminished the overall quality of the printed design.
