Buttons were as advertised, delivery time was not. Because of the delays in delivery, they ended up getting shipped on a day when I wasn't home, and I don't like having packages sitting in front of my house for days.

The chips feel like REAL poker chips! My order was quick and was shipped so nothing was damaged. We are using them as wedding favors for our wedding in Las Vegas in October- they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. My only set back was the image on the chips wasn't as dark as I thought it would be.

Really nice quality. Only negative is that the design software allows the lettering to run into the dots so looks a little sloppy

Great service and help through design process. Great quality clay chips. Was a bit disappointed to learn that custom design is some sort of sealed label stuck on chip and not printed directly on chip

Understanding the pricepoint and quantity is a huge factor when I decided to review the chips. Ordering the large amount we did and seeing the quality on 90% of them was enough to give it 4 stars. the 10% causing the review from being all 5 stars is completely understandable due to mass production and they only had minor blemishes or glue residue. Will be buying again in the future.

The poker chips that I ordered are very nice. However there is a big difference in how the online artwork and actual finished product look. Small print is tough to read on the chip and the colors are a bit matted.

Chiplab was very easy to work with. Erik from support was with me along the way the whole time. I would've given 5 stars but the color on my design came out wrong the second time as well. I appreciate the effort to correct it but it came back wrong again.

The lettering could be crisper. It's not as clear on the chip itself as it is on the computer.

Was about 95% happy with my product. Only complaint is that I thought the colors could have been just a little bit brighter.

It appeared the pack was
It appeared the pack was missing one of the chips (there were seven, but eight spots on the card), but the quality and timing was very good.
