Love the chip. A little disappointed in the template. I could have held back my print from the edges more. But according to the template and proof I was fine. On the actual chip everything is very tight and the letters are bending around the edge. I would hope that your people could have looked at that and said “this couldnâ€:tm:t possibly be what the customer wanted†Then informed me so I could make the change.
With a gloss finish they would look better. Also prices seem pretty high and there should be an option to get less (say 25-50).
like the chips, there was a week delay in production and shipping
The print was good and people were happy. Some had divots in the chips and the chips feel like they have a high percentage of plastic and not that much clay feel.
Good: - Main image on center of chip is clear and high quality. - Online design tool was better than any other creation method available. - Good customer service. Bad: - My main issue was that somewhere around 50% of the chips had ink stains / dark marks around the edges. I was unable to remove the stains. Even if I could, it would have taken forever to do on so many chips. I'm guessing the production equipment is dirty? - A few chips had scratches across the image. - Outer edge of central image is distorted. You should not put text or anything of importance along the very outer edge as it may be partially distorted. Unfortunately I had lettering along the edge. Overall I don't feel horrible about purchasing these chips, but if I had to do it over again, I'd avoid putting lettering along the edge and I would insist on better quality control during production (dark marks on chip edges / dirty chips).
The chips were great and of high quality. The communication from Chiplab was terrible. They were out of stock of the pattern I selected. Then they took forever to ship after I chose a different pattern.

The chips are fine. The extra "Art" charge was excessive. After paying for chips on line, my credit card was scammed. No a good experience.

Was disapointed at the art work, finish was dull, small text was unreadable.
The sample pack was okay, I understand why you get all the chip types but in my case it would have been better if I could have gotten 10 chips of the type I was interested in. That way I could see how they feel and stack up. I could care less of the other chips that were in the pack.
I liked the variety of chips, only thing I would recommend strongly is having a piece of paper or something in there to tell us which chip is which. Which are the ceramic vs clay, or different types. Other than that, very pleased with customer service.
There is a greyish blemish on all of the chips on a small part of the image. I know its not from the image. Can anything be done?
The chip would be perfect if I had received some feeback about the text be to light. It's barely legible. Tried to reach customer support but no response.
Overall the quality is good but one design was missing the $1.00 on it even though it was on the proof.
