Beautiful chips and timely delivery. At least one of them has been scratched. I'm not certain on the durability, yet. At the moment, I would buy from chiplab.com again.

After hearing from my friend who recommended them I followed up and my order came in at the tail end of the expected window. Might rate 5 after next order.

1. I was, overall very happy with this purchase. 2. However, in the field containing the text "$1,000,000" the color was not the same as depicted either on the website nor on the receipt that came with the product. I had hoped to duplicate the pink of the overall chip color, but instead I got a kind of violet color. 3. Had it not been for that defect, I'd have rated the chips as a "Five Star." 4. Elsewhere, I didn't find the site software intuitive. At some point I got into a different "mode" of editing the chip, possible a different page, and what used to work didn't work any more. I got it to work, but in my eyes there seemed to be two separate modes of operation that didn't use the same programming rules. The first mode I encountered worked well. The second, not so much.

chip lab absolutely butchered my order. the only reason they get 4 stars is because their customer service was excellent.Erik Hanson was able to answer my questions without any stupid fluff and although my order was incorrect, he was able to get another ordered for me within a few days. Chip Lab; this review could have gone a very different way if it weren't for Erik.

I am pleased with my order and will order in the future. There were some errors on a few chips I ordered, including a misprint as well as clear coating errors. These errors were very few and far between, and for the most part I am extremely happy with my purchase.
