There appeared to be one

There appeared to be one chip type missing, the hot stamped gold sample chip. Now I'm sure if that's still an option you guys have, but if it's not then it should be taken off the sample card.

I love the Chiplab chips, and their customer service team is amazing and responsive. I would absolutely recommend ordering them, and it is by far the best option I have found for custom chips. Why only four stars? The "Clay Poker Chips" product name is misleading; they are a composite plastic with a weighted metel insert. The chips look and play great, but the product description doesn't make it clear that these are not 100% clay. To be fair: real, 100% clay chips are far more expensive than these, and I am extremely happy with the Chiplab set.

Gunmetal Poker Chip Case

Clay chips are amazing -

Clay chips are amazing - great feel and weight. Pictures turned out awesome and are the envy of everyone who sees them. Quality control on them is too notch. One star off because the gunmetal case I ordered was either used previously or is extremely fragile on the interior. The felt lining of the case arrived ripped in several places and is coming unglued from the frame. Not ideal but at least the chips are solid!

Great quality. Just wish the designing on the web site was easier. It took much effort and was counter intuitive. I would order it again though.

The Chips themselves turned out great! There were a few with random color blotches, but all in all i was pleased with them. One hick up was that my confirmation of my purchase came a little later and the shipping date was not accurate at all. I called and it was shipped 4 days later then the date listed on the confirmation.

I LOVED every purchase from CHIPLAB besides the clay chips without the direct printing, however they were amazing and sent out new ones to me right away. Therefore I still give them 4 stars! I'll upgrade once I get my direct print clay chips. :) Thanks ChipLab. They are wonderful at keeping their customers happy!

The chips look pretty much as depicted. Weight is nice and well made. Only negative was the clarity of some of the font. I should have chosen larger for some of it but I wasn't able to tell that while I was creating on the website. Maybe I missed the option to view my creation in "actual size
