The font came out much smaller than anticipated by the artwork submitted. It would be great to see “actual” rendition before finalizing the text and image. Other than that, the experience was awesome and overall I am pleased.

I ordered four colors. One of them was missing so they called to switch the color, but somehow got mixed up and ended up switching out TWO of the original colors. Not the biggest deal in the world but wish they were more careful. Otherwise, the chips are great quality and I was very satisfied! They made a great gift.

Chips are good and as expected, but it took a long time to get them. The expected delivery date was longer than I'd like, and it was more than a week later than the expected delivery date to boot.

Great chips, good weight, and outer color patterns. Just wish that they sent me images of the first completed chips before shipping like the business rep said they could. Since this was a gift, I was a bit dissapointed when i recieved the final product without being able to make any final adjustments to the chips (because i just wanted to believe that the buiseness would do their part without customers needing to nag them about a mishap like this). but i cant really blame the rep for this mistake since they probably dont handle the projects personally. And although it’s still unfortunate that my personal projects final quality check was forgotten (with some personal regrets), the chips i recieved were still very high quality, and was shipped to my house without a single scratch. If you want good quality chips for a decent price, this is your place. But if your a bit more picky about the design like i was (since it was a gift) you should definitly call a chip lab rep to help you out (they are very helpful),but know that this will not assure anything about the final product (by my experience). I would normally rate my satisfaction for this product as a 3star (just for nice chips). But their rep Chase was definitely a big help during this process so +1 star to you my dude.

They came out great! I just wish they would have called before production and suggested a different color for the print. It looked great on the screen but didn't come out the same on the chip. But overall they are great! Will definitely order from them again.

I am very pleased with my chips. However, the font is very small. I wish the website's editing tools indicated an "actual size" version.

Need a good way to tell them to match background color to chip color. Other than that, great product!

We didn't like the solid border as much as the striped especially with the color red. Otherwise they are great!

The reproduction of the artwork was done very well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the online placement of the artwork had things slightly off center. It's too bad that chiplab wouldn't correct that since we tried as best we could using your own website. Maybe you could think about it.

High definition and quality on the printing of the images. There were small random "dirt" specks on most of the chips which did not wipe off easily.
