Darned near perfect. I'd tried unsuccessfully other ways to create a custom poker chip. However, Chip Labs made it easy to bring my vision to life. The cost for low production numbers was very reasonable, too. Three of my chips had minor printing defects, which I immediately brought to the attention of ChipLabs via online chat. Other than offer to give me three additional chips on my next order, nothing was done to compensate me. (The order of THIS chip was a one-time, limited edition, never to be repeated, so the offer was meaningless.) Also, the shipping cost was MUCH more than what it should have been. It appears shipping is a profit center for ChipLabs, which creates some misgivings. Despite that, overall ChipLabs gave me what I wanted, at a reasonable production price, and in a very fast turnaround time. Anyone who wants a custom poker chip should give ChipLabs a try.

Pictures were not razor sharp but could have been image I provided. Usability and designing was outstanding. Chips were good quality. Will buy again.

The chips sent to me had a different edge pattern than what I ordered, but other than that, they look fantastic!! Good quality, and the design looks great! Overall, I'm very pleased.

I guess I didn't realize the clay composite was plastic and it did take longer than the 4 days to get them done, the recipient was glad to receive them just in time for an event. Thanks.

Super easy to design with the online tool. Giving 4 stars because I wish the printed area was larger but other than that, loved the way they turned out!

I used the manufacturer's time line on their website to plan the delivery of the product. They were late. On that point I would have to deduct a star. The product is good. They transfered the design that I laid out on on their website as I had designed it. I will certainly use chiplab again for this item.

Chips over achieved the expectations, efficient, fast execution and prompt help if needed from the team. Time delivery. Quality is great, price very reasonable, only one point to hilight the inside text of the chip was not centred, but still chips served their purpose.

Hi, first of all the chips look incredible! I did have an issue with some residue on 8 of the chips. I was able to wash most of it off but there is still a little on them. Otherwise they look great! Joe Titus
