Great product and quick delivery. I loved the value and will order again. The only concern I have is that the color was a little lighter on the chip than in the design on the computer. Now I know for next time.

I would have given a 5-star review, but I don't believe in perfection. But these guys come close. Everything was great. They designed the chip for me, they emailed back and forth with me to get it right. They just did a great job. I will be back.

The customer service rep that helped me was great and very helpful. This is the first time ordering these with you and the only thing I would have liked different is for someone to let me know that my name would be very hard to read because of how small it is on the chip. Of course the preview was larger and easy to read and I didn't realize how small it really would be on the chip itself.

I was generally happy with the "clay" chips. Very good value and quick turn around from design-to-order-to-ship. The chips are well made and the image was perfectly aligned and exactly as I designed. I got the matte finish, but I think I would have preferred glossy since it makes the image a little blurry IMO. However, I was disappointed in the yellow color. It is really a dark "mustard" yellow, not as bright as the image during the design process. Also, be aware that these "clay" chips have a metal insert. There is no mention of the metal insert in the description of the chips and I think there should be. I would not have purchased if I knew this. I assumed "clay" meant a solid material. Very disappointed to discover the metal when one of the chips stuck to a magnet in the lid of my laptop.

I loved everything about it except you didn't have the Navy Blue that I originally ordered. Designed just the way I wanted it and very quick service. I will order again in the future. Mahalo

I will order from chiplab again, don't get me wrong. my two concerns were just issues with the website at times. not sure if it was our firewall or issues on their end or both. also, be careful with the font that you select based on how much text you put on the chip. I like how ours turned out, but because of the font and size of the lettering i used it looks thicker than i anticipated. still a sharp product. chat feature was nice too.

Great great product, the quality is amazing and the chips have a great feel. My two very minor complaints which don’t allow me to 5 star this are that the printed colors look slightly different than what aappeared in the web page designer (blue looks a bit purple-ish) and that the edges of the ships felt like they needed some polishing. Other than that, an amazing purchase.
