Graphics are good quality, very durable with the matte protective coat. Was expecting the front/back to be in the same orientation but the back graphic is upside down from the front. Minor quibble.

Very happy with our chip purchase! My athletes really like them. My only complaint are the very faint lines that run across the graphics of the chips. Perhaps this is due to the artwork file we sent, however it runs through the whole chip. All in all, still a great purchase.

This is the second year we have used ChipLab for our event. The product is great and the graphics came out just like our proof. I wish the communication on order status was a little better. Putting together an event has a lot of moving parts and it would help to have easier order update to make sure everything is on track and schedule. The people there are great to deal with. I will be back next year!

Could've given a 5-star review. It looks good on screen but black outline for lettering didn't show up well in the final product. Overall, excellent quality and will buy again in the future.

The chips themselves are solid. Unfortunately, they did not arrive as they were supposed to. They were late and so I missed taking them to my buddies for our annual golf outing. That part was disappointing. The chips themselves are great.

Quality looks very good. The only question is the halftone in the eagle head - it looks almost purple instead of royal blue. Don't know if it's because of the blue around the chip edge, or something else. It is something we'll want to adjust before any reorder. Thanks!

Only complaint was that when I ordered it said one date and I got them 2 weeks after that date, with no communication that they had been shipped, only when they were delivered.

Due to the monogany case being out of stock, I worked with Erik to substitute the 100 chip gunmetal case. Our logo (that Erik sssisted me with) was perfect, however; I would have rated 5 the case 5 stars, but there were a few slight tears in the cloth poker chip trays. I worked in the retail business for over 45 years and I can easily state that Erik’s customer service is second to none! Appreciate all the assistance he provided for all of my orders!
