While the colors were my choice, the background and lettering on the front of this chip are not contrasted enough to easily read the writing. I feel ChipLab could have noticed this before fully producing and asked me for adjustments or approval

I did not recieve my order when promised. I had to call to find out why. I should have been notified that there was an issue with manufacturing and was not. I requested additional chips to make up for poor customer service and was ignored and did not recieve any extra chips. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First 3 sets, print quality was perfect. These recent ones look like they were done by a 5 year old with a printer and glue stick.

Surprisingly low-quality

Since it is a showcase of what ChipLab can offer, I assumed it is the best what the company can offer. However, judging by the chips I received, I am not confident to work with them. When I remove the chips from the backing, the paint either kept on the glue or the whole label just comes off. I am assuming it is an odd case, but this odd case happened to the only chance I gave ChipLab. *** UPDATE 12/15 -- GLUE PROBLEM SOLVED, sorry about that. Got a batch of crazy aggressive glue that was eating away at the print and bonding to the paper ***

Order was two have two distinct images. You repeated one image on both sides. The proof clearly shows the mistake is on you. I will be contacting you directly to rectify.

Very unpleased with how the chips turned out. They looked nothing like the ones I designed. The picture with the K9 on it, was so dark you could not even tell what it was. I will not use this company again.

The lettering bleeds into other areas outside of the banner. The spec that I created specifically has the words within the limits of the banner. Poor attention to detail. I am a repeat customer and very dissatisfied.

Please do NOT do business with this company! The first time I ordered from them they were INCREDIBLE! This time it's been a nightmare! I own a small business and took their word that my product would be delivered with the date they promised. That was A MONTH AGO!!
