I was not sent a proof for approval and you can’t read the email address on the chip due to font, this was my third order, first time no proof approval, no communication at all extremely disappointed

Poker chips are barely legible. I've order several in the past, these look terrible.

Cheaply made, just uses a small blank chip and adds a crappy sticker. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered and just bought some chips and added the high quality stickers I’ve already got. Most came tossed in the box but a few was just thrown in the fedex bag. It appears about half is already scratched up like in the final picture. Won’t be reordering and glad I only bought the minimum so I’m not out much money

I'm surprised they want a
I'm surprised they want a review of the sample. I still took the chance and ordered chips after this, but the sample came with all the chips off the card that identified them and one chip missing. Whoever packed it was super lazy.

I was given a delivery date of 10/6/2021 and it is the 19th and I still havent recieved my merch. I emailed and got no response. I will seek another vendor.

I was hoping the chip would look like the image submitted on the website, but it’s so dark you can barely see the graphic. The preview displayed was very deceiving compared to the final product.

The printing was not straight. And the color was streaked and faded. I actually had to have new stickers printed to put on both sides. Very disappointed.

Copy on one side was changed by someone at ChipLab without any notification, nor approval on my part. Replaced chips were not available for me to hand out to my league members for April's Esophaphageal Awareness month. Not a happy customer.

The clay chip feels good and sound good when clicking but image print on it is of poor quality. Rough and didn't appear like I had hoped.

Customer services was prompt and friendly. The actual chips were badly misaligned twice and they couldn’t do any better. They gave me a fast refund but the printing of the chips was sub par at best.

They see at that their team of experts will check over the design to make sure everything looks good before printing. Sadly this last batch was disappointing. Background color and text color blended together at printing... Which partly is my fault do to my color choices. Imagine for chips was not centered correctly either... Then again maybe my fault... but they design sure was not checked by an expert
