No communication during produciton process. Delay delivery

The prices are good considering you can buy just 25 tokens, and not 100 compared to everyone else! Knowcked it doesn to 3 stars because out of the 5 designed I ordered, one of the designs printed slightly to the left compared to the picture I approved.

Y'all need more color choices

Y'all need more color choices for the cops, and the colors of the edge spots should also be customizable. The edge spots are more of a concern for me.

The quality was good but the order shipped over a week late without notification. Unfortunately part of the order was for an event that had already passed by the time the chips arrived so 150 of them were tossed. It showed 4 days processing time at ordering. Didn't ship for 13 days. If they had just notified me of the delay I could have made other arrangements.

5 of 25 chips had text aligned with markings on outer ring. Checked chips that I had purchased at different golf courses and all were aligned.

Hate to leave this review, but my custom chips just didn’t have the same quality as the sample pack I ordered a while back. Edged are sharp and some are cracked. Print quality didn’t reflect the online rendering. Don’t think I’ll be ordering anymore, unfortunately. Great company and customer service, but the quality isn’t what I expected.

Some chips have a wrinkled design stuck on them. I liked the look tho and ordered more, but it's a week after the original ETA and chiplab just sent them out. Still waiting.

The feel and weight is

The feel and weight is good, the delivery speed was good, but the color on some of the chips is faded (the light orange with the amber drop). Wish this had been done better, or that I could have been warned that these colors don't work so well in the process.
