The service and delivery estimates were on track. I appreciate that they use priority mail from USPS as the shipping method. Delivery is out of FL. Chips are of good quality but the image displayed requires high DPI 300 or greater to achieve a satisfactory effect. I would use them again.
The product quality is high, and our design looks clear and sharp - production times and shipping were slower than the expectation set when ordering.
The product was great, but we were on a strict timeline... I thought we would have our chips by a certain day (I paid extra for a rush fee) and somehow my order got forgotten about... Chase called me and notified me about the error. They got our chips out and to us a day late, but they didn't charge us to rush the fee again... I would use chiplab again, I just hope my order doesn't get lost in the shuffle! I would recommend them to other as well. The product is great and I must say, customer service was good too. Chase was wonderful and patient while we figured out our design. The only negative was we didn't receive our chips when we had planned.
Good but not Great. $126 for 100 chips
I LOVE these chips. I customized them for my "save the dates" for a Vegas wedding. I spoke with Chase a couple of times and customer service was great. There only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because when I received my chips one if the letter (T) was messed up and almost looked like a block M. I contacted Chase and sent him pics of my chips and be sent me out another set right away. I just received the new chips in the mail and they look GREAT now that they corrected the issue with the letter T. I would have figured that since for if quality control would have caught this but either way, I got new chips that I am totally happy with. Thank you Chase!!!!
Overall, very positive! Delivered on the day they said they would be, and excellent quality. My only concerns were that the artwork was not centered in the poker chip, and I was not updated of the status of my order at all throughout the process.
Wasn't impressed with shipment. Never got a confirmation email stating they had been shipped and I had to call multiple times to find out when they were supposed to be shipped. They were shipped days later than promised but still had to call to find this out. The chips themselves turned out nice.
Chips look awesome. Shipping got delayed and lost for days for some reason so they showed up 24 hrs after the holiday party I had bought them for. Sad

It was a great set of samples and would have gotten a 5 star however I did not receive the pentagon chip I ordered.

Chips were very nice and everyone liked them. My only problem was paying $20 for shipping that was unnecessary. I called several times and was told that you were very busy and they wouldn't be here for my deadline. You suggested I pay the extra for shipping. I did and then I received them the next day! Either they were ready all along or you expedited them for the shipping costs.
Chad was very helpful and made thing happen. Everything was great. My only complaint was the quality of the chips. There are some defects and random inconsistencies with a few of the chips.

We have not had our golf tournament yet for feedback, but those that have seen the chips say they look great.
