Really surprisingly poor quality. The image did not print anywhere near like what it looked like on the proof. Low DPI/quality printing.

The chips themselves were of decent quality, but the job done on them had significant shortcomings. The design was accurate and the presentation was as expected, and the pricing of the chips was reasonable. The image quality was lacking, as the quality was inconsistent (some were clearer than others, the ink was faded and not crisp) While I was expecting to receive an email when they were shipped, it was not until I inquired about there status after the date I was to receive them, that I got word they were coming. All in all the chips and process were ok. I was trying a small batch to see the quality for upcoming charity tournament events, so I was able to see that at least.

This is second time I ordered through chip lab. The first set (smaller set) came out beautifully, quality image. The second set (where I ordered a larger quantity) was significantly lower quality and noticeably different than the first set.

Although I like your product and would buy again...a lack of attention to quality and detail was overseen during my last order. Our main emblem which was one of the side in my chips was printed wabbly almost egg shape and not centered. An oversight that could have been corrected before printing 125 chips.

It was incomplete and missing a few chips, and the part where I could customize a future order is nothing more than a sticker.

The chips were difficult to read what was on them. They turned out ok, I thought they would have looked nice based on mock up images.

Not happy with it. Design was dark and unreadable. I wish someone would of called me to tell me that some of the colors wouldn't show up. Even the part that was a template is blurry. Must be the coating on the chip.

Sorry to day I am not happy with the print quality of my latest order. The image on the product received is different than my proof (border was cut off and the image does not fill the print area. The printed surface is rough and grainy, and the composite material can be seen around the edges, so it looks like the printed image is a sticker that was haphazardly placed. I’ve always been very pleased with the print quality in the past, so this was a shocking disappointment.

I spend a long time on their website making sure that the image positioning was at the very center of the chip. There is a colored circle on the outside of my design which is a ring around the rest of the image. Unfortunately they did not print it in the very center so the colored ring is thicker on one side and thinner on the other. Not only that but the prints are not consistent, some of them are farther off center than others. The chips are good quality but if you want exact printing you might be disappointed.

The Chips themselves were 100% - very good.... the packaging they got mailed in was less than that... much less... and unfortunately I did not get my complete order (it seems that a couple fell out....) I will order again but was disappointed this time around!
