The chips are nice but do look to be on the cheaper side, as the design is merely printed on a sticker and then placed on the actual chip. We thought the design would be printed on the chips themselves.

This was my second third time ordering from Chiplab, and the the second time I have had issues with shipping. When the order was placed, the estimated delivery was Sep 7. I emailed on Sep 8 asking because they had not been shipped yet. I never received a response, so I emailed again on the 12th, and on the 13th I got a response that they were sorry for the delay but they are now scheduled to ship on the 13th. They did not ship until yesterday, the 15th. The quality of the chips has always been good, and I'm assuming these will be too, but I may be hesitant to order from Chiplab again because of the shipping issues.

The chip itself is nice, however when I ordered the gold color it came out more tan than how it appeared online.

Picture quality is great. Unfortunately, the image was printed off-center on my batch of chips. These composite chips feel heavy and sturdy. They feel like a metal-slugged ABS chip. They are very slippery when stacked, and make a loud, sharp clink when shuffled.

The quality is nice, the customer service was very easy to work with. But the chips were not uniform, some of the font was off center, others the center logo was slightly off. You can't beat the price, but if you are a perfectionist, it's frustrating.

Company was great to work with and shipped very fast. Chip was great quality. My issue was I provided high-quality images (professionally created for me) and the images appeared somewhat blurry and my logo appeared somewhat off-center on one side. Less complex images may be better however, just be aware.

Printing was of center on 75? Of the chips. White was showing on an edge. I fixed them with a sharpie luckily.

Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing as I had an issue getting the address properly documented on my order. However, the composite chips have a small pocket/divot in them, along one edge. I’m guessing this is from the factory that makes them? The design I chose for the chips turned out very nice though. Maybe should have gone with the clay option.

Its decent quality but carrying around in my pocket the markings start coming off. Other than that its a pretty good quality piece.
