Chips have a nice, premium feel and are nicely weighted. I attempted to scratch through the customized design and it takes a LOT of effort to scratch. You will not scratch through it by accident or through normal playing habits. I would recommend ordering 25 to start to make sure you like your design as my design needs some tweaking. Also, if your chip design contains letters or numbers, i would highly recommend taking a screen shot of your design and while holding a standard size poker chip next to your phone, resize the image on the screen until it matches the actual size of a real poker chip. This will give you a better, more realistic view of the actual size of the letters or numbers as they will appear on the chip.
My chips came out great! They look just like the proof and I couldn't be happier! But...... shipping on the other hand was not so good.... They took much longer to arrive then I expected. I would consider this when ordering again.
only thing was that there was a delay. I had to call after the last day of the expected delivery, leave a message, and wait for a reply (I sent an email too). I got a reply saying production was delayed. (1 week). product is very good.
The 1,100 chip order arrived on time and the league loves the new clay chips! I would have given you a 5 star rating if you allowed more customization with edge coloring. I hope you will make this an option in the future.
The chip was a success with our conference but some of them had an issue with the printing quality. That being said we are about to order more for the next event.
I received one less chip than ordered. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a bummer. I don't expect them to send me the additional single chip that was missing from my order. Otherwise, quality was good.
I like the texture and feel of the chip itself but the layout I chose not do much. I chose to customize my own chips, in doing so the font size I chose was way too tiny. I just wish they had a better way to see actual finished product to scale before okaying to proceed
I ordered these chips for an event and even dough for some reason FedEx lost them. Customer service was nice enough to reprint and resend just in time.
I loved the chip sample I received but I had a very hard time removing the chips from the car stock they were sent on. To the point that the card stock ripped and the glue remained attached to the chip. I had one chip lose its label pulling the glue off.
Loved the chips... hated the glue.
I had a set of 50 chips made, short notice, to celebrate my father's birthday. The chips were delivered on the exact date promised, and were the hit of the party. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some of the printing looks slightly off of center, but other than that these were great. I will be buying from chiplab again.
