Cheap print low quality. We uploaded high res images and received low res back after print.

The image printed on the chips is clear as day in the file I sent over, but is blurred and looks cheap on the chip.

I ordered chips a couple of years ago and they were much better. Full chip printing and edge printing were available. I discarded the chips you sent and ordered another set from a different company. Sorry your product has changed and is is not what I wanted.

Sent me the wrong chips.
Sent me the wrong chips. It was signed off but it would take 3 seconds to have noticed the chip design was not the one I ordered that was pictured directly below the signature on the packing slip.

The printing was blurry and on a sticker that was heat pressed onto the chip- not even centered.

Order was not processed until 2 days after the estimated delivery date. Convoluted refund process. Piss poor communication.

Chips are nice but can’t read writing. Purple chip has white writing on very light gray. Would hope you change color scheme or warn people in future.
