Didn’t have the stripe type I ordered and got the shipment late. Good quality chips though.

Multiple chips in the box were distorted. Seem to have melted or had something spilled on them. Overall quality was less than i hoped for. I can send you pictures of distorted chips if you want.

Disappointed that the gold did not look like the photo. It was printed and not metallic as pictured. Customer service was great, but quality was not.

The chips I received were perfect! But I spent extra effort with customer support, as two orders were placed to get the right discount, and even after all of that corespondence, two chip orders were still received and then I had to go through all of the hassle to return 25 measy chips. Big hassle! Not sure I would order through you again based on that. Most companies that make a mistake and send 2 orders after all the emails, would have just told me to keep the extra chips. I’m sure what you paid on postage to get 25 custom chips back was a waste of your money and total waste of my time.

I like the product but the example that I built to go to production was not what I got when it comes to the clarity of the lettering. The words looked much clearer on the computer than the product produced.

Honestly I’ve been pretty disappointed in the last two chip orders that I have gotten. This chip order the stickers were wonky and they just look poorly done. I will say that I do appreciate customer service reaching out about an “unreadable” text color

I ordered these as a creative business card alternative. The print came out very small and was basically not readable. When designing online it looked fine. I was credited a portion of my invoice but still disappointing.

I ordered the 8-spot pattern on my custom chips. When they arrived the invoice had 8 “spot” scratched out and a hand written “stripe- out of stock” on it instead. I didn’t receive a phone call or email asking if the change would be okay. It was just assumed that the double stripe would be a suitable replacement for the single. Unfortunately, the double stripe makes the design off-center and they are a disappointment. I am not happy with the chips. We were hoping to order for our biker club, but we will be going elsewhere. The only plus of this order was the fast shipping.

Design was printed and then glued to the chips. Not bad to do so but what was the worst is that the print is so inconsistent. Not one chip is the same and a few even have someone's fingerprint smeared into the printed image. There is glue around the edges and spilled over onto the image. Back to the inconsistency, some images look like they were running low on ink causing them to blur or appeared faded. Some chips are crystal clear why others appear to be years old and faded/blurry. Not very happy and will not be ordering more.

Original order was shipped with a metal case. I contacted and they immediately issued a return label for the case and arranged to have the mahogany case shipped direct. At that point I was unhappy about them not contacting to say they had to substitute the case as they were out of stock, but the great customer service in response to the issue made up for it. Received the mahogany case a few day later and it was SERIOUSLY damaged - clasp missing off the front, hinge separated from the wood - which was cracked and a bad scratch on the back. I again contacted and at this point I have not heard anything from them regarding replacing the damaged case. While the chips look great the issues with the case and now the silence on from the customer service team has ruin my perception of this company.

Paint the bottom of the button and then mail it out still sticky...bad idea. It won’t even slide from player to player... junk. I’m glad I only lost $18... yea the shipping doubles the $9 cost.

I ordered chips from you and another manufacturer. Your design tools were better however the chips did not come out as perfectly as the other manufacturers. The gold border is noticeably not the same size all around and there is some excess rough resin on the surface of many of the chips. I gave you a try because you are a local manufacturer but you may want to focus on the quality of your product.
