Supply shortage of our preferred color scheme and a months long wait wasn't favorable. The imaging is starting to come off the replacement chip which was selected instead of the red we originally requested.
Good quality but disappointed in the color. Chip looks two toned rather than as photograph displays online.

A bit pricey and ran a little late from the moment of order. Sample image needs to be also rendered at actual size in order to fully understand whether or not the details will present accordingly.
I really like it but note to others. If you use a photo make sure it has a light background.
Images came out a grayish shade darker than anticipated

The quality of the chips and case ordered was excellent, but the delivery was disappointing. The order arrived 1 month after it was placed which was 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. Worse, the mistake was only noticed after I contacted them - they had marked it as complete. Their customer service was apologetic and immediately reshipped a new order after the mistake was noticed, but no compensation was offered for the mistake. I would order from chiplab again. Again the quality of the product was excellent. Just keep an eye on your order's tracking info.
I feel like these were not comparable to other chips I’ve ordered at the same 1$ per chip price range. I’ve had different providers of clay chips. These definitely felt like more of a blend-clay-composite material, not primarily clay chips like I’ve had in the past. The weight was good but as a 15 year player, I look for wear-in quality. I love the way clay chips wear and get smoother over time. When I sped-test these chips, the acted more like plastic.
The young man who helped me was awesome. He was on the spot and very knowledgeable. The only thing I did not like was the size of the tiger and the photo of my wife on her chips was not centered. If you can redo those I would appreciate it...
The bright part is a bit see-through and the edges on the print are unevenly cut., it looks okay, but it does not have the custom/luxury feeling i was hoping for.

Chips looked good. Shipping was terrible. Cardboard box in a fedex plastic shipping envelope. Box split open (no tape to keep the box closed) and dumped all the chips in the bag.
I love the concept, but was extremely disappointed that no one reached out to me during what should have been a design review or the QA process. On the proof, the image looked amazing! It had us super excited to run our marketing campaign. However, when we received our chips the colors that looked amazing on the proof was barely visible on the chip, which results in our marketing message being a disaster. I truly wished someone from Chiplab had taken the time to reach out to us to let us know the end result was not going to be fabulous. We are not able to use the product for our marketing campaign because of the design flaw. As I said, we were super excited with the concept and the campaign, and had even mentioned Chiplab to a few of our friends, but now we find ourselves extremely disappointed with the final product.
Shipping would not have made it in time had I not called and checked in. Additionally, the quality was not as good as I would have liked.
Was a week later than estimated to ship.
The preview logo looked larger than on the actual chip when i received them
Don't like the new custom clay poker chip options. Seems like there are fewer color options (with edge design colors that I don't want), and a smaller printable area, than in previous years. Not sure I'll return next year.
Two experiences with ChipLab. 1. I bought custom poker chips for a golf event. They came out perfect. 2. Bought one of their crystal dealer buttons for a buddy. The top and bottom part of the button weren't even aligned correctly so there's a ridge along the middle and the printing effort is "home inkjet printer" quality at best.
