The picture shown online is nothing compared to what I received. The colors are way off and honestly I’m very disappointed with the quality of the chips I received.

The design of my unit and writting I requested was blurry and extremely small. If the design was across the whole chip, it would be better.

Not happy with the product the image depicted and the actual product are completely different. The letters seem blurry and the “gold” trim is flat not at all glimmer like the draft.

Three of the five chips
Three of the five chips were black. Not a good selection of colors.

The design started peeling off the first day. ChipLab sent me a new set of buttons and they did the same thing. Very disappointed

Chips were mixed up when asked to be numbered. 2 sets of 100 and the same numbers in the same boxes. Cost my raffle over $2,000 and a refund of over 20 people who got the same numbers. It looked like someone dropped all the chips and instead of fixing it to make each box have the current numbered chips they just fumbled to put them back in the boxes and ship.

Was a gift- so ill never know how it looked. Your shipment was late and the case was later… you failed at several levels. Sorry to be brutally truthful but y’all sucked.
